Victorian House Plans Modification Service

Its important that you get what you want, especially when it comes to your home. We understand that not everyone likes the same thing, therefore every home design that is a part of our Victorian house plans collection cab be modified to your specific liking.

Most modification requests are simple and do not require a complete reinvention of the wheel. Simple requests such as adding a door or window is common can be performed in a reasonable amount of time.

Although rare, there are instances where we receive requests for more complex modifications. Some of these requests are increasing square footage or roof layout. Turn around time on these types of modifications is a bit longer but non-the less, can be done.

You must call 1-800-235-5700 to request a modification. We have a knowledgeable staff that can take you though this process step by step. There is a $50.00 application fee that will be credited back to you, upon completion of your modification.
